Our portable cutting system (SSP) is an ultrasonic cutter dedicated to different materials up to 35mm:

Our ultrasonic welding handle is designed for welding and assembly operations of composite and thermoplastic materials (PEEK, PA, PEI, etc.) as well as the pre-positioning of thermosets composites.
Allows to maintain thermoplastic composite stacks before handling.

The ultrasonic cutting of UD thermoplastic prepreg is facilitated by our ultrasonic cutter. Cutting effort is reduced and precision is guaranteed thanks to our designed equipment.
Our wide range of blades designed for the handle makes it easy to cut larger thicknesses. Here, a 20mm thick honeycomb nomex is cut perfectly using the 25mm blade.
