When necessary, the ultrasound slicer can be combined with a dispensing robot. In this configuration, the portions are cut and then placed directly in the cells of your thermoforming machine. Our food cutting solution can also be adapted to processes and allows, among other things, ultrasonic scarification, ultrasonic food stamping.
The range of products cut with SONISLICE includes pastry products (pies, cakes, sponge cake and more), cheeses (pressed, soft), deli products (terrines, mousses, pâtés and more) as well as confectionery and ice cream. Finally, our cutting solution is suitable for fresh and frozen products!
